Employer Branding and Regional Recruitment Campaign for Train Conductors

Rhätische Bahn (RhB) required a high-impact recruitment and employer branding campaign to attract a new generation of train conductors and locomotive drivers within the Canton of Graubünden and Eastern Switzerland (Ostschweiz). The campaign was developed to combat their labor shortage by repositioning the profession as a compelling career choice for both young professionals and career-changers.
Role & Scope
Was part of the team and contributed directly to the initial concept and ideation process. Following the conceptual phase, drove the art direction and layout systems for the project under the guidance of a Creative Director, managing a tight budget and an extremely fast turnaround. Supervised a junior art director/designer in executing the visual strategy across physical Out-of-Home (OOH) billboards, digital E-Screens, and paid and organic social media channels. Designed the UX/UI and structure for the campaign's dedicated recruitment landing page, introducing intuitive user flows and digital layouts while maintaining strict adherence to RhB's corporate identity.
